The Ever Yoga 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance registered program for those that have already completed a 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved teacher training.  Upon completion of all requirements, trainees will receive a certificate enabling them to register with Yoga Alliance as 500 hour Registered Yoga Teachers.

**Yoga Alliance requires that applicants also have taught 100 hours after completing their 200 hour programs before registering as 500 hour Teachers.  

The 2024 300hr Advanced Teacher Training will take place at Highland Yoga on the following weekends, Friday evenings from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am to 6:00pm: May 3, 4, 5, 31, June 1, 2, 28, 29, 30 July 26, 27, 28, Aug 23, 24, 25, Sept 20, 21, 22, Oct 18, 19, 20, Nov 15, 16, 17, Dec 13, 14, 15, Jan 10, 11, 12, Feb 7, 8. 9. Continued learning manifests continued growth, evolve as both a student and a teacher with the Ever Yoga 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training. In this program you will:
 

• Develop your ability to recognize and address the needs of your students through a more profound understanding of anatomy and kinesiology relative to asana, alignment, and intelligent sequencing.
   

• Open to an experience of practices ranging from Gentle/Restorative to Advanced, so that you can confidently teach an informed and meaningful practice to students of any level.
   

• Become even more skilled at offering adjustments and utilizing props both effectively, creatively and in a way that empowers your students.
   

• Discover and integrate a working knowledge of the many different ways students absorb information, so that you can implement the appropriate techniques while teaching.
   

• Gain experience teaching various levels and styles to your peers in a safe and supportive environment.
   

• Explore the Five Elements, Chakras and Prana Vayus through asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra and meditation.
   

• Review historical texts in order to reaffirm your understanding of yoga's roots and evolution. Delve into a comparison of the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras relative to a modern lifestyle.
   

• Study the components of Yoga Nidra and script/teach one of your own.
   

• Deepen your understanding of a topic of personal interest through research and development of your own workshop.
   

• Have the opportunity to nurture yourself - body, mind and spirit.
