Greet each new day with an intentional and joy-filled Morning Yoga practice, then reconnect with your heart's desires, be that the still and expansive embrace of our cliffside oasis, an exploration of the awe-inspiring hiking trails that surround us or an excursion into the bustling and creative downtown Sedona. Each evening, restore with a soul-soothing offering of breath, stillness and sound under the stars.

Meet Your Hosts
Carolyn Fosko & Stephen Tortorello
Co-owners of Highland Yoga, Carolyn and Stephen have a combined 35+ years of yoga practice, study & teaching. With additional inspiration drawn from their training in Reiki & Sound Healing (Carolyn) and Massage Therapy & Structural Integration (Stephen), they are bursting with excitement to offer a nurturing and supportive space for you to reflect and reconnect.

Dinner will be provided Monday evening, and will be followed by an opening ceremony that will include making your own malas

Morning Yoga practices will be held at 6:30/7am-ish daily, Tuesday thru Saturday, previous yoga experience is helpful
​
Evening Stillness practices (yin, pranayama, meditation, sound bath) will be held at 8:30/9pm-ish nightly, Tuesday thru Friday, no experience necessary
​
Transportation provided to Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend on Wednesday, Sept 25 for a guided tour (approx 3 hr drive - will head out after breakfast and return early evening)

Property offers a heated infinity pool, outdoor grill, fire pit

Wi-Fi available, cell phone service is very limited in house

If choosing to be transported to and from Phoenix airport, there will be one pick-up time on Monday, Sept 23 and one drop-off time on Saturday, Sept 28 (exact times TBA - please aim to arrive as early as possible on Monday, check-out is 10am on Saturday - Phoenix airport is approximately 2 hrs from Sedona)
