Enjoy classes on Zoom in 3 easy steps:
~ The "classroom" will open 15 minutes before the start of class.
~ When entering the classroom you are welcome to have your audio and video on, if you would like to participate in any pre-class discussion with your teacher and fellow yogis - when class begins the teacher will ask you to kindly mute your audio to improve the sound quality during the practice.
~ Props - if you do not have props at home but enjoy using them for your practice, you can utilize large heavy books in lieu of blocks, a scarf/belt/tie in lieu of a strap and pillows/sofa cushions in place of bolsters.
~ Music - teachers will not be using music during class so that we can ensure that you are able to hear their instructions clearly. You may however choose your own music to play in the background after you have placed yourself on mute.
1) Click Here to login to your mindbody account (or create an account) and view the schedule. This will enable you to access your current Highland Yoga class packages or purchase more classes if necessary.
2) Register for your class(es). (If possible, please register one hour or more before the start of class.)
3) Check your email for the link to class and ENJOY!!! (Emails containing the link will be sent about an hour before the start of class. Signing in late? No worries, an email will be sent within a few minutes.)
Classes will be held on Zoom - when clicking the link to your class, you will be directed to the zoom site and prompted to download the zoom app if you do not already have it.
