Highland Yoga is teaming up with the American Red Cross of Los Angeles in support of those affected by the most recent wildfires..

In order to help raise funds, Carolyn is offering a donation-based Sound Bath accompanied Yoga Nidra. This deeply soothing and restorative experience will be enjoyed in a comfortable reclined position. The journey begins with a guided meditation and resolves with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and various other instruments carrying you off into bliss.
