"I am much more grounded and do
not let the little things in life get to me. I have a hectic schedule but
knowing how to come into myself and relax makes all the craziness disappear.
I feel that the benefits for me are much more spiritual than physical. Of
course it's a great work out but the benefits are far greater than that of

gentle yoga from time to time. I think the rates are good and the packages
