Christy
began her yoga journey in 1999 while studying massage therapy in Maui,
HI. Her fascination with mind, body, and spirit led her to study
Contemplative and Somatic(mind-body) Psychology and Yoga at Naropa
University in Boulder, CO. In 2007 she received her 200 hour yoga
teaching certification and in 2009 graduated with her 300 hour
certification both from Yogaworks in NYC.
