Work one-on-one with one of our instructors to deepen your practice and create a practice that makes sense for your body and your level of experience. While all yoga supports you physically, emotionally, and spiritually, one-on-one yoga lets you work on what makes sense for you—at your own pace. It's often easy to become distracted in a group class and lose awareness of your body. Working in a private setting, your instructor can ensure that your practice is safe and tailored to your desire.
Private Classes at Highland Yoga are $90. Instructors are available for in-home or on-site instruction at various rates.
