Follow these three easy steps to start your yoga practice at Highland Yoga.....
Step 1 - Pick a Beginner class on the schedule by using the drop-down menu in the upper right labeled "All Class Types".
The Levels we recommend for Beginners:
Beginners.....no previous experience necessary Beginner/Interm.....knowledge of basic postures recommended Beg/Interm/Adv.....all levels welcome/not level dependent

Highland Yoga has a large variety of classes, teachers, and styles. Deciding which class is right for you make take some time, which is why we have created the newcomer special which allows you to take as many classes as you like for 30 days for only $59. If you have questions about classes, teachers, or anything to do with yoga feel free to speak with Stephen, Anelyn, or any one of the many Highland Yoga teachers about which class is right for you.

In addition to our new student specials, we have a variety of payment options that you can see here. With any of our passes, you are welcome to try any class on the schedule, though we strive to direct you into the proper level and styles. Experimentation helps you find the classes that resonate with you and add richness to your life.
Step 2 - Register as a Highland Yoga student:

Step 3 - Take your first class
Wear comfortable clothes that allow movement. Leave your shoes and socks at the door, as yoga is practiced barefoot. Eat lightly or not at all, since it's best to practice on an empty stomach. For more information, see our FAQ page.
