It's easy to start....no previous knowledge of yoga, nor high level of fitness, nor flexibility is required.  The teacher leads the way.  Just watch and follow.  Soon the movements and poses become second nature.  Follow three easy steps to get started.  Click here to begin

Do you know the benefits of yoga?

Lots of people experience an increase in their sense of well-being.  The body becomes stronger and more flexible.  Many of our students say their sleep and eating patterns have improved.  Digestion, circulation, metabolism, and posture often improve.  The combination of physical poses, relaxation techniques, and practice of breath control help immensely with the management of stress and pain.  We encourage the new student to begin slowly, practice on a regular basis, breathe deeply  with great attention, and make note of the gradual changes as you progress.  As time passes, the aspiring student feels an increased sense of control, and empowerment....a more directed life.  And practicing at a yoga center with like-minded people helps us develop a better sense of community, thus sharing ideas and energy in our quest to find balance in mind, body, and spirit,  leading to the highest enjoyment of life.  click here for Articles on Yoga and Meditation
