Cynthia Baldino

I have always had an interest in health and wellness and a great appreciation for the power of food in maximizing our overall well being. Having the opportunity to apply my education, previous work and personal experiences to supporting others professionally has been extremely rewarding. I am thrilled by the success of my clients related to such goals as weight loss, increased energy, and improved levels of health and happiness.

Building on a background in training, my education in nutrition and health is from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York City. IIN is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. I have also become an enthusiastic natural foods cook, cooking foods I never even knew existed!

As the working mother of two young children, I understand how challenging it can be to manage a busy schedule while maintaining good habits of self care. My passion is for supporting people through private and small group sessions so they can  develop an approach to healthy living that will ensure they have the opportunity to live their very best life.  To learn more, visit my website at www.wholehealthguidance.com.
